When is science and engineering week 2018

There are science experiences all around Australia to enjoy. Running each year in August, it features more than events around Australia, including those delivered by universities, schools, research institutions, libraries, museums and science centres. Celebrate National Science Week in your school.

The schools theme is Glass: more than meets the eye. It is a tremendous priority for us to get as many students involved in E Week as possible, so we have been focusing a large portion of our efforts on getting our name out there as advocates for the student body.

We have also created a variety of promotional posters and schedules to distribute to the student body, so everyone is aware of all the amazing events occurring during E Week this year. There are 23 student organizations hosting events for E Week and these events consist of workshops, competitions and tabling events, allowing everyone to learn and participate with each other.

It helped me understand the many opportunities and fields that science provides. The science shows were awesome! The Big Science Show Off was open to the public. One of the attendees of the Big Science Show Off, Siphamandla Nkosi, brought along his children to see the fun scientific shows.
