How does ino die

Itachi decided not to follow their path and instead he killed them all, partnering with Obito who pretended to be Madara. Man, woman and child fell, barring Sasuke, in this gut-wrenching genocide which swiftly ended a potential civil war. Shisui Uchiha was Itachi's idol and the man who shaped him as a hero. He was also the first to warn the Third Hokage of the Uchiha's planned coup and for this, his clansmen, led by Danzo, turned on him, trying to steal his eye to increase their power.

Shisui fought back, losing just one eye before coming to Itachi. In Itachi's presence, he committed suicide and gave his other eye to Itachi for emergency's use, and in doing so, he awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan in Itachi.

This was an ocular power making Itachi even more powerful and also acted as the passing of the baton of justice. Shisui's death was very heartbreaking as he showed impeccable loyalty to Konoha and begged Itachi to lead the Uchihas back into the light. Sadly, it never happened, but Itachi tried to live his life by honoring his fallen comrade. Neji's death was another one that hit home hard as he was the first of Naruto's generation to die. He grew from being Naruto's rival to a close friend and, when Obito used all the tailed beasts to conjure the behemoth destroyer, the Ten Tails, wooden arrows began to shoot out which started killing everyone around.

Naruto was placed in danger, and Hinata his future wife and Neji's cousin shielded him. Neji, in turn, moved to shield both Hinata and Naruto, which saw him fatally impaled. With his last breath, he urged Naruto to be careful as he was the only hope of saving everyone. Naruto was broken, as he always respected Neji as a man of genius and honor. Ironically, as Neji passed, he felt a kinship with his deceased father, who was offered as a blood sacrifice to another rival clan in the past, done to avoid a major family war.

Legacy is a big part of this anime and a lot of stories revolve around relationships with parents. When the Ten Tails began decimating the heroes in the field, even Naruto struggled to cope. While this was happening, Shikaku Shikamaru's father and Inoichi Ino's father were at a base with a contingent of shinobi who dealt with strategy and telepathy to relay tactical info to the battlefield. However, the Ten Tails began launching destructive spheres and one of them was targeting this specific base.

Realizing there was nothing they could do, the older heads sent a final military strategy to Naruto's army, and then consigned themselves to death. However, the parents had to say goodbye telepathically to their kids, which was a crushing moment that watered our eyes. It showed in the midst of war, love does indeed prevail.

Choji's father was the lone survivor from this Konoha trio. Sakumo was another legendary ninja and was idolized by his son. When his teammates' lives were endangered on a crucial mission though, he abandoned it in order to save them. This was frowned upon and drew the ire of Konoha. Sakumo was vilified for his actions later on, even by those he saved. Seen as dishonorable, he grew depressed, which caused his abilities to suffer.

Eventually, he committed suicide. This death was never shown on-screen, but the picture of him moving off into the darkness was clear. Suicide was a touchy issue for shinobi and it caused Kakashi to live his life strictly by the rules.

However, just before Nagato resurrected him, Kakashi and his father met in the afterlife and he forgave Sakumo, telling him he was always proud as a son. This allowed his dad to finally move on from limbo to meet Kakashi's mother in the afterlife.

She can be very deceptive in battle, able to get Sakura into lowering her guard by cutting her hair and seemingly using the Mind Body Switch Technique, despite Sakura being a moving target. While Sakura thought Ino lost her mind, Ino actually didn't use the technique and used her scattered hair to create a chakra rope to restrain Sakura's movements, and thus, guaranteed that her Mind Body Switch Technique won't miss. Main article: Prologue — Land of Waves In the anime, Ino races Sakura toward the Academy, where they will be added to new teams along with other graduates of her class.

Ino immediately lays ground rules for her new teammates to follow. Shortly before the exams begin, Ino greets Sasuke by cheerfully hugging him, much to his, and of course, Sakura's chagrin. For the first stage of the exams, they are given a written test with ten questions too difficult for the standard genin to be able to answer, and for which reason participants are expected to cheat without getting caught.

For the second stage of the exams, Team 10 enters the Forest of Death to take part in a five-day survival exercise. Team 10 initially spends their time avoiding conflict, hiding whenever they come across another team. When they discover Sakura defending her teammates from a team of Oto -nin by herself, Ino recalls her childhood memories of their friendship and finally decides to help her. Ino tries to use Kin as a hostage, but Zaku opts to attack Kin himself rather than let her be used against him.

Too tired to offer much more of a fight, Team 10 wonders what to do. When Sasuke regains consciousness and activates his new cursed seal , Ino becomes frightened by the dark change in Sasuke's chakra and released herself from Kin's body.

After the Oto-nin retreat, the Konoha genin take their leave, but not before Ino fixes Sakura's hair. After passing the second stage, the remaining genin take part in one-on-one preliminary matches. For her match, Ino is paired against Sakura. They start by trading insults and then punches, surprising Ino because Sakura proves her equal in both categories. Frustrated, Ino follows Sakura's earlier example by cutting her hair, a ruse that allows her to immobilise Sakura while she uses her Mind Body Switch Technique.

In control of Sakura's body, Ino tries to make her forfeit the match, but she is stopped and exorcised by Inner Sakura. They are both exhausted by this, but exchange one final blow, knocking both out. When they later wake up, Ino informs her that their match was ruled a tie, and that therefore neither of them will continue to the finals. Despite this, they decide to rekindle their friendship, though can't help but continue to bicker over Sasuke. A few days later, Ino accompanies Sakura to visit Sasuke at the hospital with flowers, but discover he is gone.

Instead, they see Lee training despite his injuries, causing him to fall unconscious as a consequence. On the day of the finals, Ino sat with Sakura in the audience and tried to cheer her up when Sasuke hadn't arrived yet. She becomes impressed by Naruto's victory over Neji and cheers for Shikamaru in his match with Temari , though is left shocked when he voluntarily gives up.

Sasuke finally arrives for his match with Gaara , and Ino watches the fight with interest, noting to Sakura that her teammates are amazing. Main article: Academy Student Lead Mission In the anime, Ino is put in charge of a team of Academy students to teach them survival skills. Main article: Matchmaking Proxy Mission. In the anime, Ino, escorted by Naruto, is hired to replace the recently overweight Princess Fuku in wooing her suitor Chikara. The mission ends with success, but Ino is baffled as to why some men like chubby women. They conclude that it is not actually him. While Kujaku is eventually defeated, Ino feels she contributed little in the fight and, back in Konoha, asks to train with Sakura to be a medical-nin.

Sakura agrees, but Ino is dismayed when Sakura reminds her that she will be her junior during the course of their training. After the initial testing period is over, they are given a bonus question: each team must unanimously select one of their members to disqualify from the rest of the exams.

Team 10 selects nobody, which is the correct answer and which qualifies them for the next phase. Those who pass the first exam must reach the Demon Desert within three days in order to participate in the second exam. Team 10 successfully does so and they are given the same objective as they had in the exam several years ago: obtain a scroll from another team.

They wander through the desert for three days, losing their provisions to an Ame -team. While recuperating at an oasis, they are confronted by Team Ameno , and Ino is knocked out on her first attempt to attack them. Once Sakura and Ino heal their injuries, Team Ameno offers them their scroll. However, theirs is the same scroll that Team 10 already has, so they are allowed to keep it. They go their separate ways, agreeing to meet again in the third exam.

Team 10 is later attacked by Team Saya. Saya possesses Ino's mind and forces her to attack Sakura. Team 10 is eventually found by one of the exam's proctors, who brings them to where all of the other genin are being assembled.

When Team 7 later returns from their failed mission to retrieve Sasuke, Team 10 visits them in the hospital where Kakashi is resting. Ino immediately expresses interest in Sai , who looks very similar to Sasuke, but Sakura tells her that his personality is much different.

While their teachers discuss private matters, both teams have lunch at Yakiniku Q ; Ino sits next to Sai and flirts with him. Sai, in an attempt to make friends by giving them nick-names, calls Ino "beautiful", causing her to blush and Sakura to become enraged, as Sai previously called her "ugly". She recognises the enemies as members of the Kohaku Clan and serves as medical support for her allies.

She tries using her Mind Body Switch Technique to possess Sora in his Nine-Tails ' Version 1 state, but fails as she notes that his consciousness has vanished. Main article: Akatsuki Suppression Mission. When they arrive, however, the Akatsuki members flee and Asuma's injuries are too severe for Ino to heal. Ino tearfully mourns Asuma's death and later attends his funeral in Konoha with Choji, asking him why Shikamaru hasn't arrived.

Tsunade tries to persuade them not to go, but they are all confident in what they plan to do. She tries to hold them back on the grounds that they need a fourth member, at which point Kakashi Hatake appears and volunteers to be their fourth, causing Tsunade to relent. The team engages the Akatsuki duo in battle, though Ino cannot contribute much to the fight as her Mind Body Switch alone is too risky to use in battle and due to her status as a Medical-nin.

Since Hidan and Kakuzu are formidable working together, Team 10 realises the duo need to be separated if they're to be defeated. Ino volunteers to lead Hidan away, but Shikamaru insists her not to and goes in her place. Even with each side one member short, Kakuzu still manages to easily overwhelm and capture Kakashi and Team His attempt to kill them is blocked by the combined efforts of Naruto and Yamato , who arrive with Sakura and Sai to lend assistance.

Afterwards, Ino heals Naruto's injuries and praises him for his improved skills before the teams return to Konoha. Main article: Three-Tails' Appearance In the anime, Ino participates in a surgical operation at Konoha Hospital and receives praise from another surgeon for her efforts.

Main article: Pain's Assault. When Pain's Assault on Konoha begins, Ino rushed to the village's Intelligence Division to inform her father of the attack. Shizune soon arrives and they exchange information about Pain 's identity and the method of his Six Paths Technique. They are soon attacked by the Animal Path 's Rhinoceros , but are shielded by segments of Katsuyu ; in the manga, Ino is shocked by Katsuyu's presence, but calmly recognises her in the anime.

Ino mourns Shizune's death. Pain later destroys the village, but Ino and the villagers saved from harm by Katsuyu. While Naruto fights Pain alone, she and her father meet up with Shikamaru and Shikaku Nara to pool their knowledge about Pain.

With their combined information, they hypothesise that Pain is actually being controlled remotely by someone, likely from the highest point near Konoha. Ino and Shikamaru stay behind while their fathers search for Pain, who is eventually defeated by Naruto and revives everyone he killed in Konoha. Main article: Five Kage Summit. When Naruto returns to Konoha after learning of this and having his own confrontation with Sasuke, he requests that they leave dealing with Sasuke to him. With assistance from her teammates, she later battled a snake clone of Hidan made by Kabuto Yakushi. Although the locals initially try interfering, Naruto is able to convince them to help instead.

Main article: Road to Sakura While on her day off, Ino sees Sakura falling to the ground and takes her to Tsunade for medical attention. Seeing that Sakura has amnesia, Ino and the rest of Konoha 11 tries to jog her memory by acting differently from their usual selves, but this fails. After encountering Sakura's parents, it is eventually revealed that this Sakura is from an alternate reality.

The alternate Sakura disappears, leaving Ino to ponder where the real Sakura is. After Kinkaku's defeat, Team 10 is immediately confronted by a reincarnated Kakuzu, who is interested in fighting them. Shikaku contacts them and instructs them to deal with another threat instead: a reincarnated Asuma.

Although none of them want to fight Asuma, they, as his former students, are experts on his fighting style and thus the best-qualified to defeat him. When he notices their presence, Asuma congratulates them for their clear growth since he last saw them. They attack him and he's forced to counter, but he gives pointers about how to avoid his attacks and ultimately defeat him.

Defeated, Asuma gives them new parting words: that he has nothing more to teach them since their teamwork is now perfect. By nightfall, the First Division's battle appears won: all the reincarnated forces have been captured and all present elements of the White Zetsu Army have been defeated. The Demonic Statue of the Outer Path suddenly appears on the battlefield and starts devastating the First Division, causing Ino and her team to take cover.

The following day, a new threat emerges in the form of White Zetsu that have infiltrated the Allied Shinobi Forces. In the anime, the reincarnated Sound Four also attack the members of the former Sasuke Recovery Team. Ino risks her life to keep her unconscious teammates alive by transferring her chakra to them simultaneously, despite warnings from her other allies.

Inoichi telepathically contacts Ino and informs her of the technique's mechanisms, but he is unable to detect the barrier's location and thus have it destroyed so the victims can be freed.

Team 10 later encounter their reincarnated childhood friend Yota , whose emotionally-fuelled weather manipulation push the team back. As the trio contemplate having to fight Yota, Inoichi contacts them and links them to others also fighting Yota, including Kiba Inuzuka , Sakura and Naruto.

Due to White Zetsu clones disguising themselves as allies, and the only way to tell is through Negative Emotions Sensing , her group was forced to create individual circles to wait in until Naruto comes to expose the enemies.

Ino suggests asking each other personal questions, but Shikamaru insists not to as it is possible that the enemy could guess correctly. After she greets Naruto, Ino helps kill the remaining White Zetsu clones.

She also replaces the warmers on her elbows with fishnet ones and wears a pair of the same over her knees. Along with these, she wears a short, purple, sleeveless blouse, an open-front purple apron-skirt over a shorter, black skirt, with short, fishnet shorts underneath. She has stopped wearing her forehead protector. The purple colouring of her outfit seems to be a reference to the embodiment of the violet flower that Inoichi wanted her to be.

In Part I, Ino was noted to be an exceptional kunoichi by Asuma. For this reason, Sakura notes that Ino probably would have beaten her had Naruto not interfered. Ino excels in the techniques of her clan, which are primarily focused around mind-affecting techniques such as the Mind Body Switch Technique , a technique predominantly used for reconnaissance and espionage, that allows the user to briefly possess someone and control that person's actions.

Her body however, is left vulnerable until she cancels the technique. Despite many people thinking that this technique is unbeatable, she can still be forced out of the body if her opponent has a strong enough will. She has also been shown to be able to use the technique on animals, such as a hawk to act as a spy. By the time of the Fourth Shinobi World War, her timing with the Mind Body Switch Technique has improved to a point that she only needs a target to be briefly immobilised in order to invade their mind.

Ino is also adept at communicating telepathically. Her skills in this were such that she was able to broadcast a message to the entire Allied Shinobi Forces in a short period of time. She can use this technique to act as a medium for a person to communicate with other people telepathically by coming into physical contact with them.

Ino learned medical ninjutsu during the gap in time between Parts I and II. The anime shows that Ino trained in medical ninjutsu alongside Sakura under Tsunade's supervision. Ino has shown some skill with Earth Release nature transformation.

She has also shown somewhat considerable skills in taijutsu. She could even control the mind of two separate targets and still coordinate the two targets skilfully enough to force Asuma on the defensive. Ino has shown to possess a great level of intelligence and perception, graduating the top of her class while in the Academy alongside Sasuke Uchiha and Shino Aburame. Also, during Pain 's invasion, she was able to conclude that Pain's real body must be around the village for his technique to work, since it was similar to her clan's.

In the Forest of Death, Ino had many flashbacks of her childhood when they saw Sakura was in danger, she and her team helped Sakura and Rock Lee fight off the Otogakure genin, until Sasuke forced the Oto genin to retreat. The two did not battle seriously at first since Ino still cared about Sakura, until Sakura, unwilling to have Ino pity her, denounced her even though she didn't want to hurt Sakura. Ino and Sakura battled seriously afterwards, and used up most of their energy in the process.

Ino then attempted to enter Sakura's mind after cutting her hair and sending chakra into it to immobilise her. She succeeded, but was expelled by Inner Sakura. Low on chakra, Ino and Sakura charged at each other for one last attack, and knocked each other out, resulting in both of them being eliminated. When they regained consciousness, they started becoming friends again, but still maintained their rivalry over Sasuke. Ino accompanied Sakura to visit Sasuke in the month between the preliminaries and the finals, but found that he was gone.

She went to the finals with Sakura, and noted that Sakura's team was extraordinary, after seeing Naruto defeat Neji.

She also cheered on Shikamaru when he fought Temari, but was visibly shocked when he chose to give up and quit the match. When the invasion started, she was rendered unconscious by Kabuto 's genjutsu. Ino can be seen at the Third Hokage 's funeral alongside the other villagers, mourning his death.

When Mizuki escaped from jail, Ino along with her team-mates saved Naruto from the Legendary Stupid Brothers and took over the battle so Naruto could aid Iruka. Ino tried to possess one of them and was knocked out. She then used her new technique , gaining the advantage.

Then Ino and her team-mates used their new formation. Soon they realised they couldn't defeat the brothers, but they were able to resist until Tsunade showed up and defeated the escapees easily. In episode , Academy students were divided into teams of three and were assigned to a genin who would lead them on a mission against the other teams.

Her time with them was not covered much except that she was doing better than Naruto. She later accompanied Naruto, Shino and Anko to the Land of the Sea , and helped defeat Misumi Tsurugi , by possessing him and tying his arms to pillars, leaving him trapped in a collapsing room.

When Yoroi attempted to attack Ino, Shino sent his bugs after him, thus defeating him. Ino was barely able to stand the man, but the mission succeeded after Naruto accidentally exposed the real princess. Ino's attempt at immobilising their opponent, Kujaku , failed, leaving her at risk. Kujaku later was defeated by Shikamaru and Temari's combined efforts.

Feeling guilty that she did not contribute much to the mission, she asked Sakura to ask Tsunade to add her as a second apprentice. Sakura agreed, but added that she would be Ino's senior apprentice , resulting in Ino refusing which led to yet another fight. She appeared again after Naruto and his team returned from their failed attempt to retrieve Sasuke. Upon meeting Sai , she quickly became interested in him, also noting that he resembled Sasuke. When they all went out to dinner, Ino attempted to get Sai's attention with some subtle flirting.

This resulted in Ino blushing, and enraging Sakura, who Sai had previously called "ugly". Main article: Twelve Guardian Ninja Arc. When the duo retreated, Ino tried to tend to Asuma's injuries, but the damage to his body was beyond repair.

It was literally an animal that was part boar, deer, and butterfly, as the names of the characters indicate. The name also references a particular hand of cards in the Japanese game Koi-Koi.

Blood type personality theory remains popular in Japan, despite no scientific basis found for it in new studies. As a result of the belief that blood type influences personality traits, many fictional Japanese characters have their blood types included in their information.

Naruto fans can find the character blood types in the databooks. Ino is Type B. According to theories, that would make her outgoing, passionate, creative, and selfish. She shares this particular blood type with a lot of powerful Naruto characters: Naruto, Orochimaru, Jiraiya, and Tsunade. When Ino became a chunin, she had to find her path in the shinobi world. With the world on the brink of war and a penchant for chakra control, Ino chose not only to become a medical ninja, but also to fight.
