Doing this is likely to cause more harm than good, so make sure to check the Backlinks report in Site Explorer for each page before redirecting.
Or, if you really feel the need to redirect the page, then you could disavow the bad links before doing so. Use them strategically and you could see huge gains in organic traffic.
